CONTEST RULES

SavNet will not be responsible for wrong or changed email addresses of initial entry, blocking delivery of emails due to spam filters or ISP blocking, wrong phone numbers, disconnected numbers, forwarding numbers or phone numbers not being able to be completed by dialing.
• All winners must notify SavNet Promotions and Design, Inc. within 48 hours of the outgoing posted e-mail time/date, announcing them as the winner. No exceptions allowed.
• The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes that are applicable to the prize. SavNet Promotions and Design, Inc. and sponsoring companies assume no responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.
• Winners of contests acknowledge and agree by entering contests, their name may be posted on OhioCoupons.com and OhioTravelDiscounts.com at any time without written or verbal permission from winner.
• By entering SavNet contests, you accept to have your name and email address added to our database for ongoing newsletters. Your name and email address will remain in our database until entrant takes action to remove themselves from our database.
